★ ★ ★ ★ ★ لا عجب الغالبية العظمى مستائين من تعاملكم و من خدمة العملاء المتدنية عندكم .. زرت فرعكم هذا اليوم الساعة مساء، و كأني شبح لا يمكنهم رؤيتي :) دخلت و طلعت و شخص على مكتبه البائس حتى ما كلف نفسه عناء إنه يرفع راسه و شخصين في غرفة متجاهلينا. كانت النية اشتري جيب كومباس :) لكن مع هالتعامل السيء جداً طلعت بدون حتى ما أكلف نفسي عناء التعامل مع فرع و مكان بائس زي هذا. ما شاء الله عطيتوني فكرة مخيسة جداً عن مستقبلي مع خدمة العملاء و معكم يالمتحدة للسيارات.
اتمنى منكم تسكرون و تغادرون عشان يجي مكانكم أحسن منكم :) what a vibe !! Yuck
No wonder the vast majority are upset with your dealings and the poor customer service you have .. I visited your branch this evening at night, as if I was a ghost who could not see me :) I went in and got up with a person on his miserable desk until he bothered to raise his head and two people in a room We are ignored. The intention was to buy a Jeep Compass :) But with this very bad handling, I came out without even bothering to deal with a branch and a miserable place like this. God willing, you gave me a very bad idea about my future with customer service and with you, United Motors.
I hope you get drunk and leave so that your place comes better than you :) what a vibe !! Yuck

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ الموظفين متعاونين جدا وودهم ما يكون في تاخير ابدا اتمنى يوفرون مكان للانتظار مع انهم ما قصرو اعطوني كرسي وجلست بس كان زحمة ويحتاج ٣ ساعات انتظار مدة زمنية طويله ع اول صيانه
The staff is very helpful and they don't want to be late at all. I hope they provide a place to wait, even though they didn't fail. They gave me a chair and I sat, but it was crowded and needed 3 hours of waiting, a long time for the first maintenance.
