★ ★ ★ ★ ★ اسوأ ممرضات ممكن تتعامل معهم او يتعاملون مع المرضى والمراجعين..ترددت منذ زمن بكتابة الملاحظة على أمل ان تتحسن معاملتهن ولكن للآسف الحال من سيء لأسوأ ويبدو ان الحل مقاطعة المجمع

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ معقوله تجي السااعه 3:45 تقول له بحجز موعد عند الدكتوره فريال يقول لك الموظف معليش مانقدر الا الساعه 4 يابن الحلال انا جاي من بعيد يقول لك الساعه 4 وبنفس خايسه تصير تلف على موظفين الاستقبال كلهم من السوداني وغيره كانك تترجاهم المهم تقول مو مشكلة النظام الامريكي هذا دامه مطبق على الجميع لاحول ولا قوه يخليك تنتظر اكثر من 20 دقيقه علشان يجي الوقت حقهم الي هم مخترعينه وطبعا انا جالس انتظر ولما جت الساعه 4 جيت بسجل اسمي بالكشف حقهم القى مسجلين ابتداء من رقم 10 بالكشف يمكن خمس مواعيد قلت له كيف تستهبل علي تقول الساعه 4 وانا واقف عندك ومن وين جت ذي الاسماء ومعطلني اكثر من ثلث ساعه يقول لك مدري اجل من الي يدري المهم لاحياة لمن تنادي بتصير مشكله على الفاضي وتطنيش واخرتها ماعنده اجابه استهبال واستهتار الى ابعد حد وقلة ادب مع المراجعين يعني لازم اعرف موظف الاستقبال علشان يحجز لي او يكون عندي واسطه او على حسب مزاج الموظف المهم اتمنى النظر بالموضوع من قبل الاداره دام المراجع جاي وداخل مع باب وباقي على فتح باب المواعيد نصف ساعه ومتعني مو المفروض تلطعه ولا تطقطق عليه سجل اسمه واتمنى من المسئول اذا فيه مسئول يجي يتاكد بنفسه من الكشف الساعه 3:50 دقيقه بيحصل ناس مسجلين يا انت تلتزم بالساعه 4 او تفتح المجال لكل المراجعين

ترى جالسين تستقبلون ناس مريضة وتعبانه وحالتهم النفسية سيئة مفروض التعامل يكون ألطف من كذا
جيتهم وجبت اختي الصغيرة اللي تعبانه وسألت الموظف كم شخص قدامنا لاني بعرف المدة اللي بنتظرها ومن حقي ولان اختي تعبانه مره اذا بنطول اروح مكان ثاني او اقول لاخوي يمشي ماينتظر على الاقل بس هو جلس ينافخ ومع اسلوب سيئ وقال ماادري انتظرت اربعين دقيقة ورجعت اسأل قال لي فيه ثلاث حالات قدامك ??? طيب ليه ماتكلمت من بدري وقلت كم حالة واختصرت علينا وغير انه دخل شخص قبلنا بس ماحبيت اتكلم لان هذا مستوصف ومحد بيجي الساعة 1 بالليل الا هو تعبان ومايبي يسوي ولا يسمع مشاكل .
ملاحظة ** مالها دخل بس بخصوص الاسنان دكتور فراس افضل دكتور رحت له .. جدًا ممتاز الله ينفع به
