★ ★ ★ ★ ★ أسوء فرع اتعامل معه على الإطلاق ، لا من جهة الصيانة ولا من جهة قطع الغيار ، ووسيلة التواصل معهم معدومة تماماً، والعميل أخر شي يفكرون فيه.
The worst branch I deal with at all, neither in terms of maintenance nor in terms of spare parts, and the means to communicate with them is completely nonexistent, and the customer is the last thing they think about.

والسبب لعدم توفر صيانه كامله لجميع المنتجات مثل الجوال لو تعطل عليك لا تقدر اصلاحه في هذا الفرع .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ تم تعامل مسبقاً مع الصيانة ومع الاخ الفاضل محمود ... كتجربة شخصية ممتازة جداً ..رغم اني أرى تعليقات سلبية قد حصلت معاهم تاخير في الصيانة ولكن كتجربتي استغرق الامر اسبوع لاستصلاح الجهاز المتعطل
It was previously dealt with maintenance and with the well-known brother Mahmoud ... as a very excellent personal experience .. although I see negative comments with them, there was a delay in maintenance, but like my experience it took a week to repair the broken device
