عندي جهاز اخذته منكم وتعطل ابي اتواصل مع الصيانة جميع الارقام اتصل عليها مافيه اجابة ولا رد.
غير معقول شركة بالضخامة والسمعة هذي تدار بهذا الشكل.
فعلا صدمت في المبيعات ممتازين وخدمة ما بعد البيع جدا سيئة

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ اشتريت من عندهم جهاز رياضة كان عليه تخفيض 50% و الصراحة شكيت انه يكون فيه عيب لانهم بايعينه رخيص بس طلع ممتاز صارله مدة و نفس جودة باقي الاجهزة اللي عندي اللي اشتريتهم بضعف سعره و عندهم احذية رياضية من سكتشرز موديلات قديمة مو موجودة بالمحل نفسه و الموظف جدا خدوم و شرح لي مواصفات الجهاز بضمير و ما حاول يبيع لمجرد الربح و قالي معلومة انه اللي يشتري من محلهم التوصيل و التركيب مجانا عكس الموقع التركيب عليه سعر انصحكم تزورون الفرع هذا بالذات كبير و هادي و الموظف متعاون باذن الله يعجبكم

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ أسعار نوعاً ما مقبولة و لكن خدمة ما بعد البيع تخليك تحترم الشركة و بضاعتها .. تم توصيل الجهاز وعليه ملاحظات والجهاز يطلع صوت من سوء التركيب و صورت العمال وهو يسحبون الجهاز على الازفلت و كتبت هذا في ملاحظات ورقة الاستلام و لم يتم التجاوب معي. ولكن للأمانة تواصلت مع خدمة ما بعد البيع ووضحت للموظفة منيرة كل المشاكل و تعاملت بكل رقي و احترافية في ارسال موظفي الصيانة إلى منزلي و تم تصليح العطل اللي في الجهاز و بشكل مجاني و بكل احترافية و مهنية. كل الشكر والتقدير للأخت منيرة لتعاونها و حرصها على إرضاء العميل

The prices are somewhat acceptable, but the after-sales service makes you respect the company and its merchandise.. The device has been delivered with notes and the device makes a sound from poor installation and I photographed the workers pulling the device on the asphalt and I wrote this in the notes of the receipt paper and I did not receive a response.
