★ ★ ★ ★ ★ مستودعات نموذجية بمقاسات مختلفة صغيرة ومتوسطة وكبيرة تصلح لمختلف انواع التجارة والتخزين ويمكن الوصول لها بسهولة من الدائري الجنوبي في منطقة السلي بمدينة الرياض. مميزة بوجود أماكن مخصصة لمكاتب لكل مستودع وبالنسبة الى المستودعات الواقعة على شارع الستين فهي مؤهلة لمعارض ومكاتب شركات بشكل جميل وواجهات زجاجية. المستودعات بها حراسة شديدة وكل مستودع به كاميرات مراقبة خاصة به بالاضافة الى كاميرات مراقبة موزعة على كامل مساحات المكان والطرقات. جميع الخدمات متوفرة (كهرباء وماء وتلفون وطرق مزفلتة واجهزة إنذار وإطفاء حرائق وكل مستلزمات السلامة المطلوبة). اسقف المستودعات بها فتحات زجاجية للضوء وعوازل حرارة. تم تاجير بعض من المستودعات من قبل شركات معروفة وأسعار الايجار معقول جداً.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good selection of bare warehouses and storage. As a business owner, I can not recommend this location. Issues with electricity, water, equipment, and lighting are a constant set back and response to problems is very, very slow, even with most of the warehouses being currently empty. If you are operating from here, you will require either offsite office space, or portable office rental. Lots of garbage flying around, and difficult to access (a 10km drive past to the nearest turnaround) from the city.
