م	مـحـمـد العـنـزي on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ اخذت فيه شهر .. انصح انك تروح بنفسك تتفاوض معاهم ، ما عليك من الاسعار في البرامج. مكان حلو قريب من كل شي جامع ومطاعم واسواق الاستقبال متعاونين جدا ومتميزين شباب وبنات. الشي السيئ : ١- عمال النظافة غير متعاونين لا مع الاستقبال ولا مع السكان. ٢ - الدور الثاني مزعج دائما. Took a month. I recommend that you go yourself and negotiate with them, what you need from the prices in the programs. Nice place, close to everything inclusive, restaurants and reception markets. Very helpful and distinguished guys and girls. The bad thing: 1- The cleaners are not cooperating with the reception or with the residents. 2- The second floor is always annoying.
M	Muaath Msa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ سكنت فيه شهر واثناء مكوثي بالشقة جاني اتصال من سعودي ( احتفظ باسمه ) يتهمني اني سكنت في شقق (**) لمدة شهر ولم ادفع تكاليف السكن !! ما ادري من وين جاب رقمي لكن اعتقد انه مالك واحد او انه يعرف صاحب شقق طيف، المهم الرجل اصر يقابلني ولما سألت عنه طلع غير موجود ثم اتصلت فيه وبالاخير ما جاء وكلمني موظف شقق طيف انه حصل خطأ، المهم هذا خطأ لا يغتفر وسبب لي ازعاج بدون اعتذار من الشخص نفسه، السلبيه الثانية في شقق طيف هو عدم وجود عزل تعاني منه الادوار السفلية والشقق المطلة على الشارع كذلك الموظفة مالها نفس تشتغل، الشقة تفتقر الى وجود فوط او اواني يوجد فقط غلاية ويحطون لك كرتون مناديل واحد ، دورة المياة الله يكرمكم يخرج منها حشرات الايجابية في الموظفين الشباب فقط وكذلك يوفرون لك قنوات بين سبورت I lived in it for a month and during my stay in the apartment I called from a Saudi (he kept his name) accusing me that I lived in (**) apartments for a month and did not pay the housing costs!! F	Fadel Aldawsari on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ وصلت مبكر للفندق وقت الدخول المعتاد لكن للأسف انتظرت حتى الساعة ٤ بعد العصر حتى يتم تسليمي الغرفة. وفي اليوم التالي طلب مني الخروج مبكرا او ادفع ٥٠ ريال على الساعة الزيادة. وقد دفعت ٥٠ ريال دون الحصول على فاتورة المبلغ الزيادة ٥٠ ريال فقط تم تسلمي فاتورة الإقامة الأساسية لليلة التي اقمت بها. I arrived early to the hotel at the usual check-in time but unfortunately I waited until 4pm for my room to be delivered. The next day, he asked me to leave early or pay 50 riyals for the extra hour. I paid 50 riyals without getting the bill for the extra amount of 50 riyals only. I received the bill for the basic accommodation for the night I stayed.
ص	صقر الصقر on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ الموقع ممتاز.. لكن الأثاث سيئ جدا والمطبخ فقط ثلاجة لايوجد فرن ولا ميكرويف ولا حتى كاسات او صحون . بالنسبة نظافة اللحف ممتازة، مرتبة السرير غير مريحة و قاسية الشقق بخيلة من كل النواحي. ماعدا الموقع، ،، والمثل يقولك الأعمى في بلاد الصم فاكهه. يعتبر فخم بالنسبة للمنطقة أتمنى صاحب المحل يزورنا الدمام ويشوف الشقق والفنادق وكرم الضيافة. The location is excellent..but the furniture is very bad and the kitchen is only a refrigerator. There is no oven or microwave, not even cups or plates. As for the cleanliness of the quilts, the quilts are excellent, the mattress uncomfortable and hard, the apartments are stingy in every respect. Except for the site, ,, the proverb tells you that the blind in the country of the deaf is fruit. It is considered luxurious for the area. I wish the owner of the shop would visit us in Dammam and see the apartments, hotels and hospitality.

In the kitchen there is only a small refrigerator and nothing else at all.. In the bathroom there are no towels. The bed sheet is only changed once a month! And there is no washing machine.. The room is cleaned once a week. “This is what I understood from them.” I have to stay in this hotel apartment for a few weeks until I finish the work I was assigned to do in one of the factories.
