★ ★ ★ ★ ★ الصراحة كلمة سيء لا توفيهم حقهم، اشتريت جهاز محاسبة وكاشير من المدينة المنورة وتعطل برنامج المحاسبة بعد شهر، وطلبت صيانة عن بعد والى الآن محد تواصل معاي وأتصل عليهم جوالاتهم مغلقة وفرعهم في المدينة قفل، لكن ما أقول غير حسبي الله ونعم الوكيل، وأسأل العلي العظيم أن يأخذ حقي منكم.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ عند الاستفسار و الطلب تعاملهم مرة ممتاز ، لكن نقص النجوم لاني سألتهم عن الريموت الاضافي و ردهم موجود عندي في الواتس بأنه ب ١٧٢.٥ شامل الضريبة و بعد أن تم التركيب طلبت ريموتات اضافية قالوا سعر الواحد ٣٤٥ طيب انتوا قايلين قبل انه بهالسعر .. قالوا ارتفع .. فتاكدو منهم قبل كل شي

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ بصراحة اخذت برنامج مبيعات كويس ولاكن عندي بعض المشاكل فيه ولما نتواصل مع الدعم الفني بكل امانة يتم التاخير والتحويل بين الموظفين وعدم التجاوب على الاتصال فلو ادري من البداية والله ما اخذ من عندهم
