★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I think this place has an OK iced latte and cappuccino but majority of their items are overly sweetened or have powdered coffee with sugar added but it’s in a good location by PSU and is convenient.

Unfortunately it was not a good experience. I tried Tutti Mocca, Cappuccino, brownie and cheese croissant.
Only the croissant was ok... both drinks were below average. The dark chocolate brownie was also not very tasty...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I didn't know that their branch is available in this area also,we visit midnight, not crowded,and I m their huge fan of dark chocolate brownie ...this time we tasted a new flavour of cold coffee(it was with pistachio and chocolate and milk).I love to buy small size patchi chocolates from here.
