★ ★ ★ ★ ★ المسبح وصخ والكنب قديم والفرشه وصخه وبالملحق مافيه مكيف والمغاسل منسده من الوصاخه ويوم اشتكينا عند صاحب الشاليه عن الوصاخه وخراب المكيفات وانقطاع الماء المتكرر قال بعوضكم والى الان ماشفنا شي وهالكلام كله قبل شهرين وشوي

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ شاليه سيء جداً، تعامل الموظفين غير لائق ابداً، انقطع عنا الماء من الساعه ٦ صباحاً الى ١٢ ظهراً بلا تجاوب واحترام للزبون، المسبح غير نظيف كله حشرات ولونه اخضر من الوساخه، الكنب والنظافه معدومه. فقظ الشي الايجابي هو وسع الشاليه
The chalet is very bad, the staff were very improper, the water was cut off from 6am to 12pm without any response and respect for the customer, the pool is not clean all insects and green color of dirt, sofa and cleanliness is lacking. The only positive thing is the chalet
