★ ★ ★ ★ ★ صلحت جهاز مبلغ غالي جدا زيادة نص عن محلات و رضيت على أساس في ضمان لكن حصلت مشكله في شاشه بعد اسبوعين و راجعة للصيانه رفضوا ا خدمتي صدموني وأنا دافعه فرق عن السوق ٥٠٠ علشان الضمان و شاشه اصليه مشكله خلل في صيانه ماكان بجوده فنيه بحيث عن صمغ فك الي مفروض يكون قوي و لقيت مسمار مفكوك داخل احتمال نسي يحط المسمار مهم قلبوا موضوع سواء استخدام مفروض سواء صيانه حقي مارح اخليه

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bring my Dell laptop, The problem was Is when I charge my laptop the electric not connected to my laptop, The charger light is working that's mean the charger is working..
I went there .. They are closing before the pray 30 minutes before and opening after the pray 30 minutes then I wait 45 minutes
They take my laptop and says we will update you..
I wait for one week no body contact me, I went there then this Indian guy bring my laptop and say the problem Is Motherboard and its cost 4500 SR
I asked him why no body informed me??
Why no body contacted me to tell me the problem, He had no answer just looking at me ..
I took my laptop and I checked it by my self because the insurance is done already, I made electric test then I find the problem was the Electric outlet, I fixed by my self costing 150 SR
What I noticed??
No body opening my laptop to check I found a lot of dust inside the laptop
Thats mean no body checked my laptop
They just replacing, They don't have quality technical or the employees lying..
