★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Be careful ordering something on this app. I just ordered last night, but because it was more than 1 hour that I have waited for the order I cancelled it. The money was already debited from my card but they did not refund it. I checked my "To You" credit wallet it was zero. I checked my account online hoping that they returned my money back but it wasn't there. This is not good. I tried to contact them many times but no one answered. I even sent messages thru chat support but no one replied. This is the worst app ever. You are like stealing someone's money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst delivery app ever ! I just got 2 problems in a rank with this app ! First they cancelled an order and second, I had an issue with the representative and the costumer service is so bad : nobody answered on the phone. The chat is actually a bot and you cannot get an answer. Plus : when you take the time to explain the problem, they just answer : « so sorry » ! Honestly you should use the Careem App : so much better !! You have actual real humans to talk about your issue, when something happens, they refund you or they give you an extra credit as an apology. I won’t use this useless app again !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They don’t have enough drivers they use the same driver to deliver multiple orders in different locations and u end up receiving ur order veryyyyyy late and damaged! I tried to contact them and i’ve called them no one helped or responded!! I DON’T recommend this app at alllllll.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We ordered from Burger King on 17 May 2021. The delivery was fine. However, some items were missing. We contacted the driver within minutes of delivery and he asked us to check again. We did check again but there was no response after that. Contacted ToYou and awaiting response.
