★ ★ ★ ★ ★ اشترنا سيارة شحن الكبيرة لطفلنا ب ٥٢٧ . في بداية الأمر الاسعار على السيارات في الرف قبل الضرايب! لما تجي تحاسب تتفاجأ الموظف يقولك هذا السعر قبل الضريبة!! شلون كذا وهذا فيه مخالفة كبيرة للنظام اللي أصدرته وزارة التجارة بأن الاسعار على المنتجات تكون شاملة الضريبة!.
اخذنا السيارة واشتغلت يوم واحد بس ولما رجعنا اتصلنا عليهم قالو ماعليها ضمان بس جيبوها نشوف اذا تحتاج صيانة. وفعلا رجعنا لهم قال الموظف المصري ان الشاحن اللي مع السيارة مو اصلي! عفواا؟؟ كيف اشتري من عندكم سيارة بهذا المبلغ وتبيعون علي شاحن مو اصلي؟. وبكل برود يقولك خذ شاحن اصلي من عندنا هو اساسا مو غالي ب ٤٨ ريال !! جربه يومين ولو ما اشتغلت تعال وخذ فلوسك.
مافيه مصداقية ابدا وماراح اكرر الشراء من هالمحل.
 We bought a large cargo van for our child for 527 . In the beginning, the prices are on the cars in the shelf before taxes! When you come to charge, you are surprised by the employee telling you this price is before tax!! How is this and this is a major violation of the system issued by the Ministry of Commerce that the prices on products are inclusive of tax!.
We took the car and it only worked for one day, and when we came back, we called them. They said it does not have a warranty, but they brought it to see if it needed maintenance. And we actually went back to them. The Egyptian employee said that the charger that came with the car was not original! Excuse me?? How can I buy a car for this amount from you and sell it on a charger that is not original? In all coldness, he says, take an original charger from us, which is basically not expensive for 48 riyals!! Try it for two days, and if you don't work, come and take your money.
There is no credibility at all, and I will not repeat the purchase from this store.

ولكن عدد الموظفين يعتبر قليل بالنسبة للمكان
وأيضا العاملين بالمكان ليس لديهم الخبرة الكافية
في شرح معلومات عن الألعاب خاصة الألعاب التفاعلية
وأيضا تعتبر أسعار الألعاب مرتفعة
بشكل عام أنصح بزيارة المكان

متنوع ونظيف ومرتب بشكل ممتاز ولكن أكبر عيوبه أسعااره غاااليه وكأنها ألعاب للطبقة المخملية فئة محدده من الأطفال واللي عنده أكثر من طفل نصيحة يشوف غيره لاتحرج نفسك وأطفالك لأنك بتكع 500 وطالع وأنت تضحك
ونصيحتي لصاحب المحل كسب قاعدة زبائن أفضل وجعل الأسعار متفاوته بين الرخيص والغالي لكسب فئات أكثر من الأطفال فليس الجميع يستطيع على هذه الأسعار والأغلب لايستطيع عشان كذا نصيحتي القليل المستمر خير من الكثير المنقطع وتحياتي للجميع

My advice to the owner of the store is to gain a better customer base and to make the prices vary between cheap and expensive in order to win more categories of children.
