كل الشكاوي على العماله غيرهم وخل شغلك نظيف... ولا راعي الحلال بالاسم؟؟؟

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ فصلت نظارة وقالوا اربع ايام وتاخرت وخذت 10 ايام وسبب التاخير انهم رجعوها للمصنع بسبب خطأ بدرجة العدسة ! انا وش ذنبي اتحمل هذا التاخير كله خصوصا ان اليوم الواحد يفرق مع الطفل في فترة تقييم النظارة عند الطبيب.
My glasses were disconnected and they said that it was four days late and took 10 days, and the reason for the delay was that they returned them to the factory because of an error in the degree of the lens! It is my fault that I bear all this delay, especially that one day is different with the child during the period of evaluating the glasses at the doctor.

ويشاورون ولدي ويختارون معاه ويعطونه خيارات على مقاسه وعمره .. وفاهمين جداً
وبشوشين ويتحملون الصغار
اول مره اتعامل معهم ودايما ان شاء الله
فصلت النظاره خلال يومين استلمتها
وتأكدوا بعد التسليم من صحه المقاس
انصح فيهم
Excellent and very nice to deal with
They consult with my son and choose with him and give him options according to his size and age.. and they are very understanding
They are cheerful and bear the little ones
The first time I deal with them and always, God willing
I took my glasses off within two days
And make sure after delivery that the size is correct
