★ ★ ★ ★ ★ للاسف من اسوأ الافرع في الخدمة ، الخدمة جدا جدا سيئة ، العمال جدا اسلوبهم وقح مع الزبائن و بالاخص في شخص مصري مسؤول عن توزيع الطلبات للكبائن، اسلوبه وقح و ما عندي اسلوب و لا يعرف يتعامل مع الزباين و كله يصارخ في المطعم ، و اللحم تعبان و كميته قليله جدا للاسف انا كنت ازور هالمطعم كل ما اجي السعوديه و ماكان بهالسوء بس الظاهر في شي تغي، و حتى و نحن في المطعم صار خلاف بين زبون و الشهص المصري في المطعم و جاء مدير المطعم و تشاجر مع الزبون بدل ما يحل المشكله بهدوء، بالمختصر الادارة تعبااانه جدا و تجربة سيئة جدا كانت لي و ماراح ارجع ازور هالفرع مره ثانيه.
Unfortunately, it is one of the worst branches of service. The service is very, very bad. The workers are very rude to the customers, especially in the Egyptian person responsible for distributing orders to the booths. His style is rude, and I do not have a style and does not know how to deal with customers, and all of them shout in the restaurant, and the meat is tired. And the quantity is very small, unfortunately, I used to visit this restaurant every time I came to Saudi Arabia and it was not bad, but it seems that something changed, and even when we were in the restaurant, there was a dispute between a customer and the Egyptian person in the restaurant, and the restaurant manager came and quarreled with the customer instead of calmly solving the problem In short, the management is very tired and a very bad experience for me, and I will not return to visit this branch again.

أسعار مرتفعة جداً وسوء إستقبال الزبائن
ولخبطة الطلبات وتوقف الحجوزات وعدم ترتيب الصفوف
وتجمع خطير داخل المكان
يجب توظيف حارسين أمن لضبط طوابير إستلام الطلبات
