★ ★ ★ ★ ★ نجمه ولا ودي بعد ..خدمة عملاء سيئة ارسلت مندوب جاهز يستلم تشوكلت جاهز بكرتونه قعد لي نص ساعه بحجة الزحمه طيب ليش تقبلون الطلب من اساسه وترد علي موظفة خدمة العملاء باسلوب سيء ياختي زحمه وويكند!!!!! طيب يومكم عارفين انه زحمه ليه تقبلون الطلب وبصراحة اخر تعامل معهم باذن الله مايعرفون يكسبون الزباين والكلمة الطيبة ترا صدقة

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ جميل التنوع ولاكن للاسف بعض الحلويات لانعرف شكلها من الداخل وطلبت صور من المسؤول ليس لديه ونستفسر عن انواع اخرى ولا يجاوب وهو مجرد سؤال عشان كذا التقيم نجمه والمنتجات جميله

نجي للفطاير قبل لاأفك الصحن شكل الخس من بره ذابل لما بدأت آكل للأسف عجين كلها من جوه والحشوات واضح قديمة من طعم وشكل وصوص علما إن شكل التقديم ممتاز
كنت مترددة أكتب بس ترى احيانا تحدنا الظروف نشتري نبي شيء يواجه سواء ناكله ولا نقدمه ضيافة والزين يفرض نفسه لما يعجبك شيء تسألين وين محله
نصيحتي للأسر المنتجة الطعم والشكل وجهين لعملة وحدة ماينفع تسوين أكل ممتاز وتقدمينه أي كلام أو تدهرين بالشكل والتقديم والطعم الله يديم النعمة عادي تعتذرين عن التعامل اذا انضغطتي ولا تقدمين شيء يسئ لسمعتك بالسوق شوفوا بدور الجدعاني اللي بالخفجي إذا ماغلطت باسمها تعطي نصايح من قلب للأسر المنتجة
على سبيل المثال شوفوا مخابز المملكة كم لها بالسوق محافظة على سمعتها وعندها منتجات مميزة وأسعار مناسبة
ولاأشوف أحد يقول تقطعين رزقهم الرزق عند الله مب خلقه ..
