★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I always knew that the shopping experience in Riyadh is unprofessional but tods workers and employees took it to another level. When I came into the store one of the ladies told the other lady as well both of them being the workers why didn’t u lock the door a minute earlier for prayers. Now this guy will make us tired. رح يتعبنا. I had 5000 riyal budget to buy 2 shoes but I ended buying them on Farfetch because it’s cheaper and the lack of service and experience with the bad workers. Saudi can never replace Dubai with that caliber

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have shopped from this Tod's store for years, yet during the last year or so, the staff changed. So you walk into the store and the staff aren't familiar with you because I guess they keep on changing, fine, but that doesn't mean they treat you with such attitude. I love shopping at Tod's, for me, my husband, and the kids and I must say its ruined for me. The staff are rude, bored, really bored.... and unwilling to assist you. There's a price difference between them and online department stores so I stopped buying from them but still shop for Tod's for me and the kids online! With great discounts some times too. The stars remain for the ever-so- special quality of Tod's shoes!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The quality of the Italien shoes and bags is great. However the staff ruins it all. They did not know the name of the products, does not have the classical Tod's bags in stock and very limited knowledge about the products they are selling.
Other shops offer better service. Form previous experience, with the shop management - no improvement at all after all these years.
