على الاقل قلل سعرك مو ب ٣٠ بس ماخذ بكجنق

التعامل سيء من قبل البائعين، رفعوا اسعارهم كثير مقارنه بالمنافسين، تحصل افضل وأقل سعر منهم في محلات التمور الأخرى

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ للامانه التمر جداً عادي وماهو مثل الاعلان … ( الي وصلني تمر صغير و متلاصق ببعضه و الجروشه وسط ) مايتهشم و اللون فيه بعضه اسود ! << اضفت التقييم هذا بالموقع حقهم بس طلع بانتظار موافقة الادارة ماتوقع يبي يخلونه يطلع عندهم قلت اكتبه بقوقل ماب زياده ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ مهتمين من ناحية التغليف وارسال الشحنة وتغليف التمر بطريقة مصنعية مميزه لكن للاسف طلبت تمر سكري بالحبة السوداء كرتون ٤ كيلو .. لاحظنا ان التمر فيه نسبة رطوبة واضحه أثرت على الجودة ولون التمر والطعم واستخدمنا جزء منه والباقي بكل صراحة تركناه مافتحناه .. خساره

انا من اكبر الزبائن وعميل قديم كانت تمور متميزه وتستاهل كل ريال يندفع فيها الان للاسف لاتستحق ابد حيث فيها كثير تمر حشف ويابس وغير منقاة ولاتستحق الشراء

شكل ولون مختلف تماما
والطعم اتوقعت مميز
طلع عادي جدا وبعض الحبات اقل من عادي …
وبعد رفع شكوى وطلب التواصل معهم مباشره اخبروني المتاح >فقط تواصل كتابي عن طريق الانستقرام !!!
ولم يتم الاهتمام بالشكوى .
لن اعاود التعامل معهم ، ولا انصح بهم .
