★ ★ ★ ★ ★ خدمه سيئه لا يردو على ارقام فروعهم ولا يوجد خط رئيسي للتواصل او للمتابعه اخذت مكيف من شهر الى الان ما وصل شي غريب وكل فتره دعايه في السناب انخدعنا للأسف
 Bad service, they do not answer the numbers of their branches, and there is no main line to communicate or follow up. I took an air conditioner from a month until now, nothing strange arrived, and every period of publicity in the snap we were deceived, unfortunately.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ تجربتي، الأجهزة متوفرة وعندهم خيارات كثيرة ودعم كفائة الطاقة ل ٦ مكيفات. والخدمة داخل المحل جيدة. ولكن... طلبت ٦ مكيفات، اخذو وقت طويل للتوصيل كل مره يوعد ٩ الصباح بس يجي ١٢. تم تقديم شكوى لخدمة العملاء، ولكن متفقين مع مدير الفرع لاسكات الشكوى. طلبت غسالة واخذت ٥ ايام عشان يوصلونها، لما جا طلب فلوس زيادة عشان يوصلها الدور الثالث. كالعادة خدمة ما بعد البيع سيئة وغير احترافيه.
My experience, the devices are available and they have many options and energy efficiency support for 6 air conditioners. The service inside the shop is good. But ... I ordered 6 air conditioners, it took a long time to deliver, every time it's promised 9 in the morning, but it's 12. A complaint was submitted to the customer service, but we agreed with the branch manager to silence the complaint. She asked for a washing machine and it took 5 days to deliver it, when he asked for extra money to deliver it to the third floor. As usual, the after-sales service is poor and unprofessional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ حسب الاجهزه الموجوده مكيفات ثلاجات وغسالات وافران...الخ اسعاره غاليه ويحقق مطلوب العملاء
According to the existing equipment, air conditioners, refrigerators, washing machines, ovens...etc. Its prices are high and it fulfills the needs of customers

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ تجربه جدا سيئه تاخير في استلام المكيفات وبعد كذا بعد ماوصلت المكيفات للبيت فني التركيب لايفقه شيئاً ثلاث ايام عشان يركب ٦ مكيفات غير كذا ركبها بطريقه بشعه للغايه ،،، انصح بعدم التعامل معهم بالذات فرع الحمدانيه
A very bad experience. Delay in receiving the air conditioners, and after such, after the air conditioners arrived at the house, the installation technician did not understand anything for three days, so that he installed 6 air conditioners other than he installed them in a very ugly way ,,, I advise not to deal with them in particular the Hamdaniya branch

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ كنت ناوي اشتري مكيف اسبليت واعطوني عرض الخصم وخصم من البائع صار الاجمالي ٣٠٠٠ ريال و قررت اشوف مكان ثاني لقيت المكيف نفسه وبدون عروض ب٢٧٠٠ ريال.. لاحد ينخدع بالعروض.. بالنسبة للنجمتين بس لانهم موفرين جميع الاجهزة الكهربائية بمعرضهم
I was going to buy a split air conditioner and they gave me the discount offer and a discount from the seller. The total amounted to 3000 riyals, and I decided to find another place. I found the same air conditioner without offers for 2700 riyals.. No one is deceived by the offers.. for the two stars, but because they provide all the electrical appliances in their showroom.

شوف التطبيق الي مسوين لمن تطلب صيانة ترفع ارقام فواتير وتاريخ والمعرض يعني اذا شويت منهم لازم تحفظ فواتيرهم زي اسمك وبعد كل هذا يقولك ارفع صورة الفاتورة مو بس كذا بعدين اذا تجاوزت كل الصعوبات وترشحت لاستقبال فني الصيانة يجيك عامل صيانة من ورش خارجية متعاقدين معاهم عمالة تعبانة بجد شغل ما في اسوء… اذا طلعوا وما خربولك المكيف بشكل نهائي احمد ربك … ع فكرة لو شريت مكيف وركبوه واليوم الثاني خرب وبلغت عليهم من التطبيق يرجعون لك لكن بنفس الطلبات حقت التطبيق ارسل لوكيشن ارسل فاتورة اصلية يعني التطبيق حاجز وليس لتسهيل الطلب …. لا انصح بالتعامل مع شركتهم بسبب خدمات ما بعد البيع … ناهيك عن العروض الوهمية
