★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This store has the worst sales people. They simply couldn’t bother to do any work. Even leaving to get coffee while I am waiting for them to bring a certain shoe size. Timberland is great, but shop somewhere else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried to exchange an item I bought as a present after 2 days to a smaller size without a receipt. Store manager said it cannot be done a was not very helpful. I was not very satisfied with the reason and the treatment. I will never buy from this store again and do not recommend to anyone.

Also. Woman selection is very limited. Only few shoes.
4 guys busy with stocks and unboxing and not serving any customers.
They refused to serve although all other shops are open. They close for prayer for 30 min. I came back then they started working on boxes. Never listen. Until after long time the manager came to tell me to sit down. I told him I only want to exchange my shoe. Then he asked one of the guys to help me.
