★ ★ ★ ★ ★ طبعا بالموقع سعر والواتساب سعر زيادة 5 ريال والتوصيل قالو خلال 4 ايام وهم صار لهم اسبوع ما ارسلو لي رقم التتبع ولا حتى ارسلو الشحنه لانه لو ارسلوها طلعت لي بتطبيق ارامكس امس ارسلو الشحنه مع ارامكس وبعدين ارسلولي رقم التتبع ارقام جوالات ماحد يرد عليها ادق من الصباح الى الليل لايوجد رد رقم الي بدايته 0577 مقفل عنده واتساب فقط ولا يرد والباقي يخشون واتساب ولا يردون اتصال عموما لو فيه اقل من نجمه عطيتكم كانت هذي اول واخر طلب منكم

دائما ما يعملوا دعم ولا ينشروا اقتباسات
علماً إني انا عملت الغلاف و التدقيق خارج الدار
ومع ذلك الاعلانات شبه معدومة و لا اي تواصل و ردودهم متاخرة
تجربة لن تتكرر ... وشكرا ً
ملاحظة أخر الفترات عندهم خصومات على سعر الطباعة
هالشيء يزيد انتاجية الدار و يتطلب جهد في الدعم والاعلان
وهم محتاجين يكثفوا جهودهم ما يصير يهملوا الكتب السابقة و يعلنوا فقط عن الكتب الجديدة

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ للاسف خدمتهم سيئة جداً اشتريت كتاب الكتروني من الموقع وماوصلني مع اني دفعت !!
ورحت لهم اليوم الي بعده وقالو لازم موظف يكلمك فالواتس بس ماكلمك امس لانو كان في مشكلة عندهم والحين اخليه يكملك يمديك ترجع البيت للامانه الموظف كان اسلوبه محترم لكن ايش الفايدة فالنهاية ماكلمني احد !! ولا احد يرد في الدعم الفني ورقمهم مقفل!!
اتوقع اخر تعامل معاهم
