★ ★ ★ ★ ★ مقهى احبه كثيرا، لكن آخر زيارة لي طلبت بالسيارة، وللأسف وضع الموظف الدونت مع بعضها بدون ما يفصلها ودخلت الكريمة على بعضها، واعطاني الطلبات في اكياس متعددة جمعها بيده وناولني، واضطررت لطلبه زنبيل، وهذي امور غريبة القاها في تيم خورتنز!!
 A cafe that I like very much, but my last visit I ordered by car, and unfortunately the employee put the donuts together without separating them and the cream entered some of them, and he gave me the orders in multiple bags that he collected with his hand and handed me, and I had to ask for ginger, and these are strange things he threw at Tim Khortens!!

بس ما أحب اسلوب التسويق لما يكون على حساب راحتي كعميل .. بالغصب لازم اشتري ١٢ حبة دونات لانه عليها عرض
و في كوب سمول بس الموظف ما قلي غير : وسط ولا كبير؟
في النهاية دا شغله بس ترا عادي انك تهتم لراحة العميل وتعطيه كل الخيارات المتوفرة عشان لما يشوف دا الاهتمام يرجع تاني ويقول للي يعرفهم ويزيد عدد العملاء ""أسلوب تسويق""
مو تحسسه انك تبغا تفشخ جيبه وتسرقه!❌?
I especially love Tim Hortons Maple Donut♥️ It's my favorite with warm coffee?.
But I do not like the method of marketing when it is at the expense of my comfort as a customer.. By force, I have to buy 12 donuts because they have an offer.
And in a small cup, but the employee said nothing but: medium or large?
In the end, this is his job, but it is normal that you care about the customer’s comfort and give him all the available options, because when he sees this interest, he returns again and says to those who know them and increase the number of customers “a marketing method”
Don't feel like you want to dig out his pocket and steal it! ❌?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m a fan of tim’s products, but lately I noticed that the cap doesn’t close properly on the cup, this is my forth experiencing the same issue I really don’t know where the problem is, but this kind of issues make me think twice before visiting Tim again.
