★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unlike the tim hortons in jeddah and places elsewhere, they didnt have many drink options. I asked for a mocha frappucino which is a classic and they didnt have it. This one employee couldnt understand english and kept speaking arabic even after knowing me and my friend cant speak arabic. The stairs were not exactly ideal, considering someone actually tripped over them. I get the fact that its newly opened and is starting out, but it has made a bad impression. I'd recommend going to the Commander cafe or Starbucks next to it.
