No consitincey between branches unlike Starbucks.
Dispointed.
Cold coffee and not well balanced as well a cold sandwich partially heated.

โ โ โ โ โ The waiter was so mean because ฤฐ thanked him with an arabic greeting, "barakallahou fik" ฤฐ said. he told me with an arrogant attitude "thank you, ฤฐ don't understand 'barakallahou fik' " while he is pure arabic guy, my guess is that he is from either syria or lebanon... and he didn't want to give me the ticket waiting for me to say "thank you" in english, he waited maybe four seconds pushing me with his arrogant attitude....

โ โ โ โ โ Just got my Salted Caramel coffee, firstly itโs a request to keep females in the branch who can understand and talk english at least a little bit. This saudi lady in hijab dark complexion made my coffee and it taste so so bitter. Not at all sweet, whereas salted caramel taste sweet.

โ โ โ โ โ I visited Tim Horton in other branch. And it seems they use like semi automatic machine so the coffee doesnt have authentic taste, and no sustainable taste. It basically normal mainstream coffee. I believe the barista have to be well trained to produce good coffee instead of utilizing automatic espresso machine. Good coffee needs good barista, good espresso machine, exact extraction timing, perfect temperature and good beans. But the good thing is it has reward application, you'll have free coffee once it reached 7 rewards, you can use it for all branches.
