★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So bad services, “no music” on this place while there was a noise coming from construction beside them!!. The coffee tasted bad, few and cold . i don’t think it was tim coffee was something else

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish I’d gone to Draft or Overdose instead. First you have to walk through the people sitting and smoking outside, which wasn’t pleasant. When I asked for a ‘cheesecake’ the barista couldn’t understand what that was, then he forgot to add it to our tray. The seating upstairs is very small, but is probably typical of other cafes in the same row. When we went upstairs there was a table which hadn’t been cleared even though the place was not busy ( only 3 other people sitting inside). Food felt really mass produced, overall, disappointing, would not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst coffee we ever had, we took 3 cuppachinos and the taste is awful. I don't know is it from the beans or from the way of making it. Aslo wasn't a pleasant experience as we came across unprofessional and impolite batista.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There was no one in the barista area on Friday morning although the shop was open. I had to wait and then go to the first floor to find someone to serve me and he was acting like he was disturbed by me ordering. The quality of the coffee was good but the experience was unpleasant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the WORST Tim Hortons branch in Riyadh. I had the nastiest experience here, please do not be fooled by the cool seating area and the rooftop which does not even have fans in this heat. Forget the disorganization of the cafe, I was utterly disgusted by the customer service at this new branch. I visited during the weekend and even then it wasn’t crowded like Tim Hortons usually is.
I went to give my order and even though the guy saw me standing there waiting for him to take my order, he just stood there doing nothing! I gave my order in Arabic and he made the rudest face and asked me he didn’t understand when all I asked for was a small frozen French vanilla. I then proceeded to order in English and he raised his voice and told me no English!! When I then ordered in Arabic he scolded me and said why I didn’t order in Arabic in the first place?!! The audacity of this unprofessional inexperienced boy was outrageous. I was insulted in front of everyone and he kept on making me uncomfortable by blatantly staring at my table even when I was with family . This was harassment and I’m never visiting this branch again. This branch does not adhere to Tim Hortons vision of the company. Just go to any branch other than this please! Even the small cafe in Riyadh Gallery mall has the best coffee and the most welcoming staff even though they are always so busy!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is our second visit to this branch for the last 2 months. And this is disappointing...
For 20 minutes was waiting to make and order and for 30 minutes more waiting to receive it! It's just 2 cup of coffee! We decided to seat outside in the first floor and it was next disappointment, because everything is dirty and dusty ( tablesand chairs), full of trash everywhere, absolutely no any care about this place ! Even the flowers are all dead!!!!!! I really wish to know where is the management is looking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a tim hortons fan,this was the worst branch ever. His attitude, hitting doors of fridge etc. Not even replying properly..
Noone cleans tables..
And better you carry your paper soap..bcz wc doesnt have even soap..not talking about hygiene..
