★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is very unfortunate to rate Tiffany very law but the behaviour I have encountered at this store is unacceptable.
I was served by a guy at the Riyadh store in Saudi Arabia. Beside the fact that he was very unprofessional with me and all the unappreciated jokes, when I decided to move on to the store manager to help me, he came to the store manager complaining about another customer infront of me!!!! Very professional ha?!!and this is exactly what he said: “come and take care of your unbehaived customer I swear to god I am going to hit her, she is really annoying me with all the questions”
I was completely shocked!!!! What!!!! Am I at Tiffany?!!!! Is that the sort of people they employ at Tiffany here in Saudi Arabia.
I have never ever encountered this kind of customer service ever in my life and now I face it here at Tiffany!!!!

Came in here wanting to buy.matching his and hers perfume/cologne set, unfortunately they did not have the hers in.
Checked back the following week still didn't have it.
Was heading back home to America and wanted a gift to remember my trip.
I, unfortunately, don't speak Arabic, but luckily the sales person(Mohammed Hesham) did speak some English. Even so, a customer helped translate.
Eventually we figured out I could have an empty Tiffany box and buy the set at home for the same price and place it inside the box. Saudi box, American perfume.
Very happy we were able to work this out despite the language barrier. Also happy for the customer willing to volunteer his time to help.
Very warm and hospitable. Thank you to the kind gentlemen willing to help me out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Untrained confused salespersons! It took two trips for me to finalize the purchase. I bought 6 pieces and the certificate of authenticity wasn’t provided for any of those pieces though they were expensive. I previously shopped in other branches in Europe and in USA and the certificate of authenticity was provided by the store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To be honest, disappointing visit despite the fabulous gift my husband bought me. I had to go looking for a member of staff to help. She asked if we wanted a drink, I said yes please ... handed a BOTTLE of water, no glass or straw ... really!!! Only interested if you wish to purchase, 2 other people 'looking' were ignored whilst we were there. We received a call asking why our review was so low, was given the excuse of new staff and invited to the store to discuss it .... would you go back to see the person you complained gave you bad service???
