م	محمد on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ تعامل الموظفة سيء ردها بصفة شخصية ترفع صوتها وتتلفظ على العميل وتبرئ نفسها تمامًا من المسؤولية ما كأننا نكلمها باعتبارها موظفة باسم المحل تتجاوب مع العملاء وترفع شكاويهم ما فيه اي احترام للعميل خطأ زميلتها تحملني اياه حسبي الله ونعم الوكيل. المفترض تحاول تكسب العميل ما هو ترفع صوتها عليه….. فقدتوا المصداقية بعد ما صرفتوا منتجاتكم اللي ما تمشي على العميل سبق تعاملت مع فرع بمدينة أخرى وكانوا ارقى في التعامل حتى المنتجات اعطوني الافضل كبدائل وبعد سوء التعامل من هذا الفرع اقطع تعاملي معكم The employee treats poorly, her response in a personal capacity that raises her voice, utters the customer, and completely absolves herself of responsibility It is not as if we are talking to her as an employee in the name of the shop, who responds to customers and raises their complaints What is the respect for the customer?
