★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately got some attitude from the Philippine staff (the one who wears glasses) when I tried to give her feedback on how she did not do my cuticle well. Then sadly the Saudi lady at the reception did not try to understand why I was unhappy with the service and did not offer compensation.

Also their gel collection is very veryyyyy limited

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I didn’t get my nails cut the way I asked; they even left a little wound. They had me stay with my Abaya on even during the mani&pedi; it wasn’t comfortable at all. Nothing special about the place honestly it was a disappointing experience.

The receptionist is extremely friendly and attentive to details.
Their work is really good, yet as all places sometimes they might fall into mistakes, yet in general highly recommend the nails service.
Note that prices doesn’t include VAT, also if you have having a meni and pedi; if you don’t have your tools you will pay extra from the tools and take them with you when done
They need to enlarge the Essie collection options
