I went with a friend to the Abandoned Room. The decoration is inconsistent and feels incomplete. There are no electronics and all the puzzles are based on finding combinations for padlocks. There were two or three creative puzzles, the rest involved finding keys or codes in random places. It wasn't particularly difficult.
This place is similar to The Escape Room and Escape Arabia, which to me are on the lower end of escape rooms. In the middle are places like Escape Mission. And top tier are places like Breakout KSA and internationals rooms such as the ones in Dubai.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ AMAZING! We went there in a field trip. We were split into two groups, my group went to the haunted room but I don't know about the other group. It gave me creepy vibes but it was also really fun.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We enjoyed our experience with The Way Out, we tried the Bank Heist room couple of months ago as it was our first vist to the place, we managed to break out with very few hints so we initially thought the other rooms will be less attractive, especially after we read couple of mixed reviews all agreeing that the other three rooms are less interesting than the bank heist which is still superior.
Today we decided to vist the virus room and the abandod room together, we thought that we should give it a try as the mixed reviews made us first a bit reluctant, but I am glad that we decided to try ourselves, the abandoned room was an amazing example that technology isn't always what you should look for in Escape games, very innovative puzzels with logical sequence, we tried every single room in Riyadh and most rooms in Dubai, Bahrain and Oman, this room still had original puzzles that we did not encounter before, and I think some of the reviews do not refelct the true nature of this room as it really struck us as an abandoned room with many old fashioned style of puzzles, very interesting one indeed. Well done for the design team.
the Virus room was also great, we needed a hint on one puzzle that had many ways to solve, but the rest were logical and we are glad we decided to try for ourselves rather than just reading reviews.
Looking forward for our next experience with The Way Out, one room left to try.

However the decorations is kinda off, we went to the virus’s room ?
It’s just filled with various locks ?
And all you have to do is find the codes for each lock apparently. Kinda of tiring ??♀️
The guy that was there was very patient and nice.

Totally i would go back there and try the other rooms, i wish i could tell some details about our room but i’ll spoil it for u.
We were 4 players, the one player paid 140SR..
i just wish if it was a little bit cheaper.
The employee gave us mat cuz we asked if we can pray, and also gave us water when we finished which was nice ?.
Wish i knew his name so i could mention him but it is on 11/11/2020 7:00 pm ?
