★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. It’s one of the worst place’s I have ever rented in Riyadh!! The service was very bad I had to call them more than 8 times to complain about the fridge not working (and I had the BBQ Meat in it) and no hot water in the place (took one of the coldest showers in my life).. after 4 hours they finally started taking action, and yet no solution we had to accept the place as it is!! Also, the neighbor’s music was too loud to a level that we couldn’t hear our own music, keep in mind that their party started around 9 PM and ended at 11:30 AM the next day!! Even when we tried to sleep we can hear what song they were playing!!

Biggest highlights are the heritage property itself and the impeccable customer service especially by the Receptionist Mr. Shanawaz really appreciate the hospitality and immediate support by Him. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed. The place is beautiful, clean, and nicely decorated. We came here for a peaceful weekend with the family — as described on their Instagram. Our first night was OK, loud music from the neighbors but we were able to sleep. The second night music started at midnight from three different units and kept getting louder. We complained but the management did not do anything about it, neighbors were blasting music till 7AM!!! Such a shame because we loved the place so much but we probably won’t go there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is beautiful. The attention to detail is amazing. However, it is a case of too good to be true.
The simple issue is that the pool is not heated, which is such a shame.
The serious issue. The neighbors. There should be a sound limit or a sound curfew. The neighbors were blasting music at midnight. I couldn't escape the sound even inside my room. It's like they were playing their music in my room. The music didn't stop, 6 30 am the music was still going. No one did anything to stop it. If you are coming here for a relaxing weekend don't! This is not the place for relaxation.
It makes menreally sad because it is such a beautiful, well-maintained place. Not coming back here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ During a trip to Riyadh we stayed there for 2 days with my friends! The joy of being there is beyond! You have your privacy, you can breath and you have an advantage of all the facilities like a luxurious indoor spaces, mutual central outdoor seating area, swimming pool, garden and like it’s not enough the most comfortable bedrooms. Everything well designed and with an easy approach. Big Bravo for the owners and YES I will go there again!!! P.S. Take a notice that the place sometimes can be loud and the swimming pools are not heated but if you’re ok with above you gonna have a lush time.
