★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We booked a Sherlock Holmes-themed room for a party of 15-year olds and were very pleased with the experience. The online reservation system was very convenient and worked perfect. We got confirmation by both email and then WhatsApp. If you choose to do optional online pre-payment of deposit you also get an overall discount of 15% on the total price. The location of the rooms is in a nice neighbourhood and easily accessible, with uncluttered parking space. The rooms themselves are on the 2nd floor of new office building, compactly organised but perfectly adequate, functional and well appointed. The young man managing the place was friendly and helpful. No problem with English speaking participants. Our youngsters managed to solve the mistery and escaped the room before the deadline so everybody was feeling accomplished and happy at the end. So a big applause and thank you to the team of The Secret Room - An Nada!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing staff but trash puzzles and low effort rooms.
This place is similar to most of the low effort rooms in Saudi. A collection of clues hidden under furniture and combination locks. The puzzles were bland and made little sense most of the time.
One of them was simply finding a business card with a phone number and entering the number into a combination lock.
No electronics. No custom props. And a part of one of the puzzles was broken so they just gave us the answer.
I've tried The Secret Room in Jeddah and Riyadh and honestly, they won't last long. Don't waste your money.

Thanks for taking the time to respond. I don't mean to be mean or bash your business. I love escape rooms and want to see them grow in Saudi. I just think you need to update your rooms and puzzles to meet the higher expectations of customers. For example: use of live actors, electronics, custom props, better decoration. I would recommend visiting "The Escape Hotel" in Jeddah to see what I expect from a modern escape room. Hope this helps :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been there and played as Sherlock Holmes Investigating to solve a crime seen, they give you evident as puzzles. Moreover, the room will be locked and you can't get out until 60 minutes is gone, so you have a timing to play on. The cost is 120 Saudi Riyal per person, and it is very nice adventure to be experienced with team work as family, coworkers, and friends.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The secret room is a very entertaining place we had such a great time there. We tried sherlock holmes room it was very good experience. Wasn't that hard we solved it without any hints except for the last puzzle. Highly recommended. The staff was vey friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decently priced, however the quality is below average, we asked the game-master not to give us any hints, and he didnt, till the very last clue and we had more than 20 mins on the clock, he should’ve let us finish.
