★ ★ ★ ★ ★ اولا المكان من اول نظره يعطيك انطباع انه جميل ومرتب ونظيف جدا ويشرح الصدر والاستقبال كانوا لطيفات ومحترمات والممرضات كانوا متعاونات وطويلات بال وشي يشكرون عليه
لكن تجربتي للاسف كانت سيئه طلبت ادخل اشوف د.روان دخلوا علي دكتور ثاني و ع طول حكم علي بشيل العصب ويوم ويوم طالبت بالدكتوره روان دخلوا علي دكتوره ثانيه غير روان وللاسف هذا غير احترافي كان بامكانهم سؤالي قبل لايدخلون علي احد ثاني ان هل اسمح ام لا يدخلون علي دكتور اخر بما ان د. روان مشغوله
*ومع العلم رحت مستشفى ثاني وقالي ومايحتاج شيل عصب*

But my experience, unfortunately, was bad. I asked to go in and see Dr. Rawan. They entered me with a second doctor, and for the length of my sentence to relieve nerves, and one day I asked for Dr. Rawan, they entered me with a second doctor other than Rawan. Unfortunately, this is unprofessional. They enter another doctor, as d. Rowan is busy
* Knowing that I went to a second hospital and he said that he does not need a nerve root.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ اهتمام، ورقي في التعامل ? من شهر نظفت اسناني عند دكتور وعالج لي التسوسات، لكنه طنش تسوسين مرة كانوا عميقين وواضحين! نعمة من الله اني حجزت مع د. روان اللطيفة، حرفيا صارت اسناني نظيفة ولا غلطة ? ناصحة وامينة وفوق هذا تعاملها لطيف مو دفش ابدا ? وكمان موظفة الاستقبال شهد، من الطف الموظفات اللي اول ما تقابلك فيه هو ابتسامتها ☺️.. شكرا لكم جميعا ? وكمان لسا بكمل مرحلة تجميل اسناني عندهم باذن الله ?

A blessing from God that I booked with Dr. Nice Rawan, my teeth are literally clean and there is no mistake ? She is honest and trustworthy, and above all, her behavior is nice and never touched ? And also the receptionist Shahd, one of the nicest female employees who first meets you is her smile ☺️.. Thank you all ? Also, I am still completing the stage of cosmetic dentistry with them, with permission God ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ تجربتي مع الدكتور خالد مره ممتازه دكتور يهتم اهتمام عالي بخدمة المريض والاهتمام بمصلحته بعيد عن الماده اهم شي عنده صحه المريض وعافيته
الامر الثاني اتمنى عزل انتظار النساء عن الرجال والله احيانا نجلس اكثر من ساعه انتظار لظرف عند الدكتور ونحن بحجابنا نتمى الاستقلاليه عن قسم الرجال ؟ ما الحكمه من اختلاطنا معهم نحن نساء نريد ان يكون لنا استقلالنا الخاص بعيد عن انظار الرجال.. والله دخلت عيادات من ارقى وافضل العيادات في الرياض وقسم النساء مستقل عن الرجال .. نرجوا النظر في الامر، جزاكم الله خيراً وستركم دنيا واخره.
My experience with Dr. Khaled is an excellent one. A doctor who takes great care of serving the patient and taking care of his interest is far from substance. The most important thing for him is the patient’s health and well-being.
The second thing: I wish to separate the waiting for women from the men, by God. What is the wisdom of mixing with them? We women want to have our own independence away from the eyes of men.. God I entered some of the finest and best clinics in Riyadh, and the women’s section is independent of men.. Please look into the matter, may God reward you and will see you in this world and in the end.
