But it is a good library and treated well

حاسبت ومتأكدة انه سحب المبلغ لكنه بعد ما رحت قال الايصال مرفوض ، قلت له احفظ الايصال عندك ويوم جيت قال ضيعته
وشفت بالرسايل طلع المبلغ مسحوب !
ومره ثانيه قلت له ممكن تطبع ملفات واستلمها منك الان؟ قال ايه ورفعتها على منصة اطبع جلس يستلعن ويقول لا اجل بكرا ، وما يرد وسوء تعامل مع العميل.
اخر تعامل لي معهم باذن الله
Very bad treatment with customers
