1- أن يكون المتقدم على المساعدة سعودي الجنسية.
2- أن تكون المساعدة للزواج الأول وعند الزواج للمرة الثانية أن لا يكون المتقدم قام بتعويض المهر مع اثبات صك الطلاق لزواجه الأول ويتم دراسته عن طريق اللجنة المخصصة.
3- أن يكون من سكان محافظة عنيزة او من ضمن الحدود التابعة لمحافظة عنيزة
4- أن لا يكون مضى على عقد النكاح أكثر من ستة أشهر للمساعدة وشهر واحد للقرض
5. أن لا يكون لدى المتقدم اكثر من 5 عماله بعد دراسة اللجنة لوضع العمالة .
6- أن يكون صافي الدخل للمتقدم على المساعدة أقل من ستة الاف ريال.
7- ان يحضر شهادة حضور دورة تدريبيه تتعلق بالحياة الزوجية ولا يمضي على حصولها اكثر من سنتين.
إقرار تعهد؛
أتعهد في حال عدم ثبوت صحة المعلومات المدخلة في النظام .
لدى الجمعية الحق في رفض الطلب .
يتوقف الصرف على صدور القرار ولا يعني استلام الطلب قبوله .

3- He should be a resident of Onaizah Governorate or within the borders of Onaizah Governorate
4- That no more than six months have passed since the contract of marriage for assistance and one month for a loan
5. The applicant should not have more than 5 workers after the committee studies the employment situation.
6- The net income of the applicant for assistance should be less than six thousand riyals.
7- He must attend a certificate of attendance for a training course related to marital life, and no more than two years have passed since it was obtained.
