★ ★ ★ ★ ★ للاسف قدام عيني حصل موقف استغربته جدااا عروسة و امها كانو جايين يتفرجو و تقيس العروسة الي حصل انه الموظفة رفضت يدخلو الغرفة حقت القياس لانه في عروسة كانت تقيس بس كانت العروسة الي بتقيس واقفه برا و لابسه فستان من عندهم يعني الغرفة فاضيه و الموظفة ما كانت مهتمه ابدا لزعلهم و زي الي تقول الله معاكم و قالت بالصريح ما اقدر ادخلك الا بعد ما تمشي العروسة الي بتقيس فللاسف ما كانو لطيفين و لا متعاونين
 Unfortunately, in front of my eyes, a situation occurred that I was very surprised by, a bride and her mother were coming to watch and measure the bride. What happened was that the employee refused to enter the room, she did the measurement because there was a bride who was measuring, but the bride who was measuring was standing outside and wearing a dress from them, meaning the room was empty and the employee was not interested. Never to upset them, and like the one who says God is with you, and she said frankly, I can't enter you until after the bride who is being measured walks, unfortunately, they were neither nice nor cooperative.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ تعامل احترافي و فساتين تفاصيلها متقنة و خامتها روعة و اهتمام بأدق التفاصيل .. أنا طلبت وتعاملت معاهم عن بعد وقدموا لي الخدمة على أحسن ما يكون.. اقتراحي إنه يكون عندهم مجموعة فساتين أنعم للمناسبات المتوسطة و تكون أسعارها بين ٥٠٠-٦٠٠ ريال

My suggestion is that they have a softer collection of dresses for medium occasions and their prices are between 500-600 riyals.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ بصراحة اسوء تعامل .. وخدمة التعديل بعد الشراء سيء جدا جدا انا اخذت فستان فرحي منهم واخذوا مني حق التعديل فالنهاية ما عدلوا لي الفستان زي ما طلبت ولمن اديتهم هذي الملاحظة عدلوه بخياطة يدوية وانا واقفه !!وعذرهم انو ماعندهم مكان للفستان فالمستودع !! همهم الوحيد يبغوا يتخلصوا من الفستان ويمشوا سوقهم و مايهمهم رضى الزبونة
