بعد قضائي مدة في اختيار القطع في فرع تيرانوفا العقارية مول فوجئت بان الموظفة ترفض حسابي لانها ستغلق المحل على الرغم من انه متبقي اكثر من 15 دقيقة على الاذان بحجة انها تريد شراء طعام قبل الصلاة. لم ارى في حياتي مثل هذه المعاملة الغير احترافية و غير مسئولة و تقول ( انا في المحل من الساعة 9 و اريد ان اشتري طعام). لن اقوم بزيارة المتجر مرة اخرى
Very bad experience
After a judicial term in the selection of pieces in the branch of Tiranova Real Estate Mall was surprised that the employee refused my account because it will close the shop, although he remained more than 15 minutes on the pretext that they want to buy food before prayer. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ الموظفه رفضت تسترجع لي بعد وقت قليل من الشراء بحجة انه ليس لديها كاش كافي وقالت انه لدي ٧ ايام للاسترجاع والاستبدال من اي فرع ولكن عند قراءتي للفاتورة تبين عكس ذلك وانه فقط ٣ ايام للاسترجاع وانا لم اذهب طوال هالايام واريد الذهاب اليوم ايش هذا الاستهتار ؟؟؟؟
The employee refused to take it back to me shortly after the purchase, under the pretext that she does not have enough cash. She said that I have 7 days to return and exchange from any branch, but when I read the invoice, it turned out that it was only 3 days to return and I did not go all these days and I want to go today, what is this recklessness?? ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ أسوء موظفات بالعالم فرع الرياض بارك اول مره تصارخ علي الموظفه كاني اصغر عيالها واليوم نص اغراضي حاسبينها بالفاتوره وماحطوها بالاكياس غير انهم كمان اليوم صارخو علي وعلى الناس الي بالمحل .. اتمنى من الادارة تعوضني ب اغراضي ومن سلوك الموظفات معي !!! افتحو الكاميرات وراقبو سلوكم لان المره الجايه رح يكون بلاغ لوزارة التجارة
The worst female employee in the world, Riyadh Park branch, the first time she yelled at the employee as if I was the youngest of her children. Today, half of my things were taken into the bill, and they were put in bags, but today they also yelled at me and the people in the shop.. I hope the administration will compensate me with my things and the behavior of the female employees with me!!! Open the cameras and watch your behavior because next time there will be a report to the Ministry of Commerce
