★ ★ ★ ★ ★ فرع سيئ زيادة عن ساعة واول شخص في اللاين ما تحرك دخلت بكل احترام استفسر هل السيستم عطلان كلمني بكل برود موظف اسيوي جرحر ما فايدة دخلت لمدير الفرع بكل برود أيضا السيستم شغال عليك الانتظار ولا سأل ولا عرف مشكله التأخير ولا سأل الموظف ايه مشكله التأخير فعلا تجربه سيئة المرة القادمة اتعامل مع بنك ثاني لانه ثبت مركز تحويل فاشل
Bad branch more than an hour and the first person in the line did not move I respectfully inquired Did the sistem malfunction Talk to me coldly An Asian employee was injured What is the benefit I entered the branch manager with all coldness Also the sistem is working You have to wait or ask and I do not know the problem of the delay nor asked the employee What is the problem of delay really an experience Bad next time I deal with a second bank because it has proven a failed transfer center

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ مكان الفرع مقبول نوعا ما. والموظفين في قمة الاحترام والاخلاق. واشكر لهم تحمل جميع العملاء بجميع جنسياتهم ولغاتهم. واتمنى لهم مزيد من التطور.
وبالنسبه للي يقول غير كذا اقول له ليس من موقف واحد تحكم عليه وشكراً.
The location of the branch is quite acceptable. The employees are at the top of respect and ethics. I thank them for bearing all customers of all nationalities and languages. I wish them further development.
