★ ★ ★ ★ ★ جيت استرجع قطعة شريتها ولم اكمل مدة ٣ ايام بعد قالت لي البنت لا ماقدر استرجعها الا بوجود المديرة قلت وين المديرة قالت موجودة بالمول بتصل عليها تجي واتصلت عليها وارسلت لها ولم ترد عليها وانتظرت ٣٥ دقيقة ولم تاتي المسؤولة واسمها جواهر .. قالت لي البنت خلاص بسترجع لك بعدين قالت عطيني نفس البطاقة الي شريتي منها قلت مو معي ! انا اشتريت ببطاقة امي قالت ماقدر استرجع لك الا في بطاقة نفسها الي شريتها فيها قلت كيف كذا وش النظام هذا قالت هذا نظامنا قلت انا بمشي الان وبرجع وراح تسترجعون لي لان ماحد عطاني خبر الاسترجاع بنفس البطاقة الي شريت منها وعمري مارحت لاي مكان وقال لي نفس كلامكم هذا وقالت نظام مو مني من الشركة نفسها ، وقالت لي تقدرين تستبدلين قلت مابي استبدل ابي فلوسي قالت انا ماقدر اخدمك بشيء والمديرة موجودة بالمول لكن ماترد علي .. قلت عموما انا عندي موعد وتاخرت الحين وبرجع واسترجع فلوسي والتاخير منكم مو مني واذا لم استرجع المبلغ راح اشتكي في وزارة التجارة
 I came to take back a piece I bought and I didn't finish for 3 days after the girl told me I can't get it back without the manager's presence. She said I can't get a refund for you except in the same card that I bought it with. I said how is this and what is the system? She said, "This is our system." This and she said Nizam is not from me from the same company, and she said to me, “You can exchange.” I said, “I can’t replace my father with my money.” She said, “I can’t serve you with anything, and the manager is in the mall, but she doesn’t reply to me.” Complain to the Ministry of Commerce
