★ ★ ★ ★ ★ حطيت عندهم قطوتي وعطيتهم تعليمات الحلاقه رجعت لقيتهم ماطبقوا ولا شي من اللي قلته ? هذا غير ان القطوه موصخه على نفسها وماليه الصندوق يرج من البول ولا فكروا يحطون تحتها شي عالاقل مو لازم ينظفونها!!! جت ريحتها تصرعععع ??? توقعت خدمه افضل
 I put my cat in their hands and gave them the shaving instructions, I came back to find them, they did not apply anything I said ? This is other than that the cat is soiled on itself and the money box is shaking with urine and don't think of putting anything under it at least, they don't have to clean it!!! Her scent was shaking ?? I expected better service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ انا اول مره اشوف محل يعزل غسيل وحلاقة القطاوة وغير كذا يرفض دخولي للمكان بحجة انه معقم ..وديت قطوتي يحلقون لها وجتني مليانة فيروسات وتوفت امس والله لايوفقهم والقطاوة الي عندهم كلهم تعبانين والبنات الي يشتغلون بالمحل ولا وحده متعاونه وكلهم قليلة ادب لكن ماراح نسكت

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ نجمة للتعليق لا أكثر، المحل لا يتعامل مع الحيوانات كأرواح حية ولها حقوقها، الأقفاص صغيرة، الحيوانات تعبانة ولا يهتمون فيها. حتى ما يعزلونها وهالشيء تسبب في نقل العدوى لقطتي اللي راحت عند اللي أرحم منهم، الخدمة غير جيدة ابدًا، لا أنصح في تجربة المحل.
No more star for comment, the shop does not deal with animals as living spirits and they have their rights, the cages are small, the animals are tired and they do not care about them. They don't even isolate it, and this caused the infection to be transmitted to my cat, who went to the ones who had mercy on them. The service was not good at all. I would not recommend trying the shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ لوازم الحيوانات موجوده عندهم
لكن للاسف جميع الاقفاص حجمها صغير وسبق قدمت بلاغ للبلديه والمسؤولين عن الرفق بالحيوان وماحد رد
اشكال الحيوانات محزن جدا وهي محبوسه بهذه الاقفاص الصغيره .. لما كلمت الموظف بكل احترام رد علي وهو يضحك يقول " تراهم للبيع مو جالسين في استراحه "
هذي ارواح ياخي طبيعتها وغريزتها تركض وتلعب وتصيد وتنبسط وتعيش حياة كريمه مو تنحبس بقفص كذا
اتمنى من صاحب المحل ان يخاف الله فيهم ويوسع اقفاصهم ويعزل الحيوانات المريضه عن باقي الحيوانات
ويخصص وقت لهم يطلعون يتمشون يتحركون
اما غير كذا فالمحل متكامل والملتزمات جميعها موجوده عنده زي ماسبق وقلت ..

The shapes of animals are very sad and they are locked in these small cages.. When I spoke to the employee respectfully, he replied to me laughing and saying, "You see them for sale, not sitting on a break."
These are souls, my brother, their nature and instinct is to run, play, hunt, unwind, and live a decent life, not confined to such a cage.
I hope the owner of the shop will fear God in them, expand their cages, and isolate sick animals from the rest of the animals
Allocate time for them to get up, walk and move
As for other than that, the shop is integrated and all obligations are available to it, as I said before..
