★ ★ ★ ★ ★ سيئين جداً ، ما يردوا بسرعة على الواتساب و ممكن يعطوك مشغول حتى لو اتصلت بوقت الدوام ، فجأة بنفس يوم الاستلام يقرروا يغيروا موعد التركيب لأن التصميم لسا ما جهز ..طبعاً من غير ما يعطوك خبر مسبق ينتظروا لين انت تسأل ، شباب التركيب مواعيدهم مو دقيقة لكن طيبين و متعاونين ، طلبت ستيكر شفاف جابوه لي ابيض و بكل برود كان الرد : عادي الاخطاء بتصير ، تأخروا ٨ ساعات على موعد التركيب اللي حددوه لي
Very bad, they do not reply quickly on WhatsApp and they can give you a busy even if you call the working time, suddenly on the same day of receipt they decide to change the date of installation because the design is not ready .. Of course without giving you advance information they wait for you to ask, the installation guys their appointments are not accurate. But they are kind and helpful, I asked for a transparent sticker and they gave it to me white and coldly. The response was: It’s normal, mistakes happen, they were 8 hours late for the installation date they set for me.
