★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience. Their customer service is the WORST EVER! Dont order online! They dont care if how many times you will msg or email them. First they will tell you they will send after 5 days which crazy time frame by the way. Then when u will call them they will say 9days again. They will just tell you pls send your order number. And that's it, no new or no uodate or anything. Better buy on an online shop than TAVOLA..i have never experience like this before. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you're looking for reasonably priced kitchen utensils and ware, even if it's from a renowned brand name, I wouldn't pick this place as my 1st stop.
An example, a vacuum sealer, even though it's Italian or so, shouldn't be priced at SR 700+, heck it's not even industrial or commercial grade ??.

But comparing to original companies price it's much higher here.
