The most important thing for those who work there is that they are treated crazy, bitter, honey and morals. N	Nouf saud on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ هذا تعاملي الثاني معهم هالمره ، كبوتيك احتوائهم للفساتين ممتاز رغم تعامل بعض المصممات الغير متعاون لكن موظفات البوتيك كانو جداً متعاونات وتعاملهم جداً راقي ورائع. واشكر فاطمه بالاخص ماقصرت معي ابد ?? This is my second deal with them this time, as a boutique. Their dresses are excellent, despite the uncooperative treatment of some designers But the boutique staff were very helpful And their treatment is very elegant and wonderful. I especially thank Fatima for never falling short with me ??
S	Shahad 3z on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ صراحه تجربه سيئه ولن تتكرر سياسة مابعد البيع غلط وتعامل الموظفات والمصممه كل واحد يحط المشكله والغلط على الثاني جلست اكثر من شهر ونص ورحت للمحل اكثر من 5مرات عشان تعديل بسيط ما استلمت الفستان الا قبل الزواج بيوم!!! يتم البيع ع اساس سيتم التعديل على اللي اطلبه ولكن بعد البيع المحل يحط المشكله ع المصممه والمصممه تحط المشكله ع المحل !! استهترار وعدم اهتمام بالزبون وكانه ماخذ ببلاش!!!! Honestly, a bad experience, and the after-sales policy will not be repeated wrongly, and the treatment of the employees and the designer, each one puts the problem and the mistake on the second, I sat for more than a month and a half and went to the store more than 5 times for a simple modification. I only received the dress a day before marriage!!! The sale is done on the basis that the amendment will be made to what I order, but after the sale the shop puts the problem on the designer, and the designer puts the problem on the shop!! Disrespect and disregard for the customer, as if they were taken for free!!!!
A	An on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ الموظفات غير مهنيات خربوا فستاني وابغى اتواصل مع راعية المحل لكن رفضوا يعطوني الرقم والسمراء منهم كانت تقول وش نسوي لك يعني مصممات وبوتيك ودافعه مبلغ ضخم وكذا التعامل؟ كل طلباتي في الفستان ماتعدلت وسووا اشياء ماطلبتها وماطلوا فيني لين ليلة مناسبتي وضاع وقتي في الانتظار رمضان كله وانا اجيهم كان مفروض ابعد عنهم لاني كل مره اجيهم كنت اشوف الزباين غير راضين ويطالبون بفلوسهم واصوات عالية ومشاكل واختصر على نفسي وقتي وجهدي ومالي يقولون تعديلاتهم في مصنعهم بالبحرين لكن الحقيقة كل شوي جايهم تعديل فستان من الخياط اليمني اللي جنبهم وبعد كل المصايب اللي سووها بفستاني رفضوا يرجعون المبلغ لكن باخذه بالقانون حتى النجمة كثيره عليهم The employees are unprofessional They ruined my dress and I wanted to contact the shop sponsor, but they refused to give me the number And the brunette of them was saying what do we do for you? I mean, designers and boutiques, who are paying a huge amount of money, as well as dealing? All my requests for the dress were not modified, and they settled things that I did not ask for, and they delayed me until the night of my event I wasted my time waiting for the whole Ramadan and I came to them I was supposed to stay away from them because every time I came to them, I saw customers who were not satisfied and they demanded their money, loud noises and problems. Save my time, effort, and money They say their modifications are made in their factory in Bahrain, but the truth is, every little bit they have to modify a dress from the Yemeni tailor next to them After all the misfortunes they had done with my dress, they refused to return the money But take it by law Even the star is too much for them
