★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the 3rd time visiting the place and I was upset. The food was not as hot as expected. It was during the winter days in Riyadh and the whole place was freezing. I asked if there is a heater and waitress said it’s also cold for them. Add on that, the bathroom sink was not clean at all. And the waitress came after placing the food in my table and said , I will go down which means if I need anything else extra, I would go down to get them.
I think gaining profit has to be fair but what I see on this restaurant is unprofessional and not counted one of the good Riyadh restaurants.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible food. Ordered for delivery. Had the red velvet burger, Shawarma fries, French Brioche, Shakshouka sandwich and pistachio pancakes. Nothing was good.
Red velvet burger was greasy and the beef had a weird taste. Most likely not fresh.
Shawarma fries were too salty.
French brioche was soggy, overpowering sauce (not sure if it’s supposed to be bechamel or what). Sauce was too much for my palette.
Shakshouka sandwich, I took one bite and threw the rest away. Inedible.
Pistachio pancakes were decent. Not worth the money.
Overall, I will never order from here again. Very bad food and for the prices they charge it’s one of the worst options in Riyadh.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is neat , well arranged and the guys there are friendly and they really give you the advice suits you. The fries are good and delicious , the burger is ok not the best i had but still good , maybe cause i ordered a fried meat not a grilled one . Anyway i might try the red burger later .

• Mini crispy chicken burger > please do mention it is spicy!
• French Brioche club sandwich > it contained truffle oil which was not mentioned in the menu. Also very soggy & it came cold. Recipe requires revision.
• Ranch sauce > very far from being ranch! Truffle flavour overcame the taste! Truffle is a very distinctive flavour that not many people necessarily prefer. Why should I pay for something I do not like? And was not mentioned in the description? Please think! Customers do need to be informed about such ingredients!
The only two things I found ok were the chicken wings & cheese balls. Crispy chicken sliders were good too but perhaps for people who like their food spiced up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food delivered cold, all dishes arrives in very small portions despite the high price. The dinamite shrimps is below average and the souce is the same. The chicken bits are below average and souce is not that tatsty. The only acceptable were the beef and chicken burger.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I read many good reviews on the velvet burger, so I gave it a try. All the ingredients were fresh and delicious except the main thing, the beef. It lacked flavors, I was chewing a tasteless piece of beef. Their fries was good.
I don’t think I’m going to order from it again.
