★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very organized and quick service. My vehicle was hit from behind, I proceeded to this centre after getting the Najm report. I believe I was here for under 20mins only! This included the time I was explained the process (in English) by a very helpful staff member at the registration kiosk. You basically queue up to register at one of 4-5 lanes leading to registration kiosks. They promptly link your accident number and car details to your phone number.
Next you are guided to one of 4 vehicle inspection lanes where a member of staff inspects, photographs the damage, makes a report. And, as in my case, I was only 2 mins out of the centre, when I even had the link to download the final report texted to my phone!
Courteous staff and prompt, efficient service. Made the whole process painless! I'd highly recommend this centre for its customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent job. Quick service. Orderly manal. You simply know the inspectors by there uniform with logo taqdeer. The area is spacious enough to accommodate many cars. There rates is moderate not expensive. I wish you good luck.

But on Saturday ; sheikh almaarad was closed and I had to come back again all the way on Sunday.
And there is a separate fee 52.5 other than the 157.5 paid through the lane.
Very strange.
Overall good experience and quick service. And cooperating staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all there were only 2 guys handling the reception. Secondly the lane in which I was , the receptionist took ages to do his job. I could see the other lane moving fast and my lane was so slow. I was in the queue for almost 1 hour and a half. Assessment process was quick though. I wish there was someone monitoring the work process and take appropriate action on the staff who deliberately slow down the work and keep customers waiting for hours.
