اشتريت غرفة من عندكم قبل 3 شهور والان ابحث عن صيانه لها لان باب الدولاب انكسر . هل يعقل شركة عريقه وكذا جودتها؟؟ ابي صيانه وارقامكم محد يرد عليها

قمه الفشل لا بضاعه ولا خدمه عملاء ولا توصيل
بعد اختيار التصميم واللون و٣ شهور انتظار
وصلتني البضاعه مكسوره + لون القماش خطأ + البضاعه متسخه ببقع لا تنظف
تم التواصل مع خدمه العملاء الموظف اسمه خالد لا اسلوب ولا دقه في المواعيد.. وعدني ٣ مواعيد للاصلاح وكل موعد يتم الاعتذار وتمديده لموعد اخر.
فاشلين لابعد درجه ولاهمهم العميل.. اهم شي الفلوس اخذوها
اذا تبغى نصيحه مجرب ابعد عنهم حتى لو يقولك بسعر رخيص
