★ ★ ★ ★ ★ بكل أمانة، تجربة كانت سيئة جداً مع شركة التمكين، همّهم فقط "فلوسك" ..!
التوصيل يتأخر وخدمات ما بعد البيع سيئة جداً، التجاوب سيئ، اشتريت من عندهم أجهزة وعلى كلام الموظف أنها أجهزة حديثة وتبيّن العكس، قمت بإرجاع الفاتورة ولحد الآن لي أسبوع انتظرهم يحوّلون لي المبلغ، أيضاً عندهم موظف مصري "أسلوبه وتعامله" سيئ جداً ..
انصح الجميع بعدم التعامل مع هذه الشركة فالخيارات أشمل وأفضل بإذن الله
In all honesty, it was a very bad experience with the Tamkeen company, they only care about "your money"..!
The delivery is delayed and the after-sales services are very bad, the response is bad, I bought devices from them and the employee said that they are modern devices and it turned out the opposite, I returned the invoice and so far I have a week waiting for them to transfer the amount to me, also they have an Egyptian employee whose “style and treatment” is very bad..
I advise everyone not to deal with this company, as the options are more comprehensive and better, God willing

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ تعامل سيء ما بعد البيع و التأخر في مواعيد التركيب وايضا يتعاملون مع ورش من الخارج وشغل الورش سيئ جدا انصح بالشراء منهم ولاكن التركيب خله عليك افضل منهم
Bad after-sales handling and delay in installation dates. They also deal with workshops from abroad, and the work of the workshops is very bad. I recommend buying from them, but the installation is better for you than them
