โ โ โ โ โ Great supermarket to shop at.
Pros:
โข Calm and peaceful shopping, rarely ever crowded
โข One particular merchandise stocker went out of his way to get me newly delivered yogurt from the back when the shelf was empty. That is exceptional service and training! I really dislike when other employees say "whatever is on the shelf is all there is" without checking their stocks. They should have "Employee of the Month" recognition awards to help foster such examples of good work skills.
โข A product turned out to be of very poor quality once and the general customer service online and in-store assistant manager were great with sorting out the issues on a personal level.
Cons:
โข Their cucumbers are never fresh! Often too soft/old so they go bad very quickly. I hope they start to sell fresh cucumbers soon!
Overall, a nice calm supermarket to shop in and with generally helpful employees.

โ โ โ โ โ When somebody tries your olives, DUMP THOSE OLIVES IN THE TRASH, NOT BACK WITH THE OTHER OLIVES! I find bitten olives in my box EVERY.SINGLE.TIME!!!!!! This has been happening for years, all throughout COVID! You could have been spreading COVID this way!

โ โ โ โ โ Tamimi is a very clean cheap store! In fact the only store so far where i can find cigarettes ( Heets) for my iqos in Riyadh! The fish market inside is delightful so is the stands of thr vegetables makes you wanna just dive into them ? great place to shop

โ โ โ โ โ The fruit and vegetables Manager should have being fired months ago.Yes just go to any Tamimi in Riyadh and get a bag of onion,they will BE ALL rotten and this is going on for months.As we say ,heads should rool,,all the way to the Red Sea,this is only an example of some of the fruit and vegetables.
I have being shopping at Tamimi for about 30 years,I am so surprised this issue has not being corrected,poor management,or Wasta involved with contracts.
Someone in senior management,,get you finger out,and sort it out.

โ โ โ โ โ Overall place is nice with a good selection of products but they have bad problem with staffing enough cashiers. It doesnโt get crowded but only 3-4 cashiers are open causing a bottleneck of people waiting in line. This even includes the express checkout line. Management in this place is clearly lacking.
