سيء التعامل بعد مايستلم فلوسه
مهندسن جدد ليس لديهم الخبره الكافيه
المهندسين الممتازين انتقلو لمكاتب اخرى

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ تجربتي مع مكتب عكاظ كانت معاملة تجزئة أرض سكنية، استغرقت سنتين إلا شهرين حتى يتم إنجازها، ملاحظاتي على المكتب خلال تعاملي معهم توظيف بعض المهندسين ممن ليسوا على كفائة عالية ولاحتى متوسطة (عليمي) يتعلم في معاملتك ويكلفك وقت كثير بسبب الأخطاء المتكررة والتعديلات المستمرة وهو يستعين بالمكاتب المجاورة، ومن الملاحظات أن المكتب لايملك أدنى أدوات العمل من الطابعات فقد كان يقول لي المهندس نحن نطبع في (أسواق سارة) وهذا يحتاج وقت وهو محسوب من وقتك، ثم إن المكتب لايكتب بينك وبينه عقد وذلك ليتمكن من تنفيذ مايريد ومماطلتك فيما يريد وأنت لاحول لك ولاقوة، في النهاية لاأنصح بالتعامل مع مكتب عكاظ..
My experience with Okaz office was a residential land retail transaction, which took two years but two months to be completed. My notes on the office during my dealings with them employ some engineers who are not highly qualified or even medium (my knowledge) learns in your dealings and costs you a lot of time due to frequent mistakes and constant adjustments and he uses In the neighboring offices, and from the notes that the office does not have the lowest working tools from printers, the engineer used to tell me that we print in (Sarah's markets) and this needs time and it is calculated from your time, and then the office does not write a contract between you and it so that it can carry out what it wants and procrastinate you as he wants while you are not trying In the end, I do not recommend dealing with Okaz’s office.

غير ملم باشتراطات البلديه او اشتراطات الكود السعودي،
التصميم عندهم حسب رغبة ومزاج المكتب والمهندس وليس حسب رغبة العميل،
التأخير في الانجاز والمعاملات بشكل كبير جداً وبالشهور حتى ينجزوك
علما انها تجربتي الثانيه معهم ولكن للاسف من سئ الى اسوأ
لا أنصح بالتعامل معهم ابداً

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ مكتب اقل ما يقال عنه زباله واستغلالي ويحلب جيبك حلب نصيحه يا من تقرأ كلامي لا تتعامل معهم ولا تقرب منهم حتى نجمه التقييم حرام فيه طلبت منهم تعديل رخصه وهو في عرف المكاتب الهندسيه دام انه هو طلع لك الرخصه تصير مجاناً طلب مني ٥٠٠٠ اضافيه ??
حسبكم اللـَّـه يا نصابين يا حراميه اللـَّـه لايوفقكم ..
