★ ★ ★ ★ ★ الشقق نظيفه وموقعه ممتاز وسعره رائع لغرفتين ب 180 ريال عيبه مصعد واحد والمواقف قليله وتوجد ساحه رمليه تقريبا ع جهة زاويته
The apartments are clean, have an excellent location, and a great price for two rooms is 180 riyals. The disadvantage is one elevator, few parking spaces, and there is a sandy yard almost on one side of its corner

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ تجربة اقدر اقول جيده جداً مقارنة بالسعر والخدمة والنظافة كنت بكتب ممتازة لاكن في بداية نزولي الفندق اخذة غرفة واحده ولاكن كانة سيئة جداً الريحة تكرمون ريحة دورة مياه بحكم ان المكيف على منطقة مسكرة وفيها مراوح شفط دورات المياه اعزكم الله ولاكن للأمانة كان تجاوب الادارة معي ممتاز كلمتهم وشرحت المشكلة وفي اقل من 5 دقايق تم نقلي الى غرفة اخرا وكانت ممتارة جداً وهذي تجربة معهم
An experience that I can say is very good compared to the price, service and cleanliness. I had excellent books, but at the beginning of my visit to the hotel I took one room, but it was very bad. The smell is a very bad smell, because the air-conditioner is in an intoxicating area and the toilets have exhaust fans, may God bless you. But to be honest, the management’s response to me was excellent. Their word I explained the problem, and in less than 5 minutes, I was transferred to another room, and it was very difficult, and this is an experience with them.

أعطوني غرفة مكيفها بجانب شفاط الحمام أعزكم الله، الشقاط يخرج روائح الحمام والمكيف يدخلها الغرفة فلو نمت بالشارع كان أفضل
وطالبت بغرفة وفروها لي الثامنة صباحا بعدها مايستحوا ٢.٣٠ يدق علي تشك اوت قلت له: فعليا ماسكنت الا الساعة ٨ص قبلها كنت في حمام
قال بيننا عقد !!!!!!!!
تعامل سئ وخدمة سيئة
A very bad and failed experience, and a complaint was filed against them with the Tourism Authority
They gave me a room with its air conditioner next to the bathroom hood, may God bless you.
I asked for a room and they offered it to me at eight in the morning. Then they didn't feel ashamed at 2.30. It beats me, check out. I told him: I actually didn't sleep until 8 AM, before that I was in the bathroom.
He said we have a contract!!!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ تم الاستئجار عن طريق بوكينق وكان الحجز عبارة عن غرفة نوم واحده مع دوره مياه والسعر 85 ريال ، الخدمة ممتازة والغرفة نظيفة ومعطرة وموفرين صابونه والشامبو ، موقعه قريب من الحرم النبوي والجامعات وعنده خدمات مغسله ملابس وخدمات اخرى ، فشكرا لموظف الاستقبال اللي كان في الصباح ونعم الرجل محترم جداً لا أعرف أسمه
أنا تقيمي 8 / 10 لو أن غرفتي ما كانت موقعها على الشارع العام كان قيمت 10/10 لانه أزعاج بوقت الصباح الشارع العام
The rent was made through Booking and the reservation was for one bedroom with a bathroom and the price is 85 riyals, the service is excellent and the room is clean and fragrant, and soap and shampoo are provided, its location is close to the Prophet’s Mosque and universities, and it has laundry services and other services. Thank you to the receptionist who was in the morning and yes the man Very respectable, I don't know his name
I would rate it 8/10. If my room was not located on the main street, it would have been rated 10/10 because it was noisy in the morning time on the main street.
