★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just imagine 3 hrs of standing while waiting and this is during weekdays..no system, no priority number, no form for new beneficiaries, very slow...since there is no priority number system we need to stay in a line standing..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service.. Worst money transfer ever. The tellers are very slow you have to wait 1 hour in waiting line.. I don't know why the manager is not taking action in this.. Usually the other bank teller can finish 1 person in 3 minutes. But here tahweel alrajhi in umul hamam have the worst and slow tellers.
