اخذت من هذا الطاحون وللاسف البر مليئ بالشعير وغير مصفى ولا يستح المدح التام وكذلك اثناء العجن للاسف غير جيد وايضا اذا وضع في الثلاجة ليس مثل البر الصحيح النقي يدوم كم يوم.
لذا انصح صاحب الطاحون بأن يراعي الله اولا بأن يكون البر صافي خالي من اي اضافة من سائر الحبوب، ويبحث عن البر الذي لم يتعرض للغراق اثناء المطر.
